I found that selling my home was a very trying experience because I had many repairs to do to get it ready to pass an occupancy inspection. Being an older, single woman it was exhausting and I didn’t have the resources to get the things done and didn’t know which way to turn. Samantha was always positive and encouraging even when I wasn’t always so pleasant from the stress. Samantha worked hard to find me people who could help get the tasks accomplished. I didn’t see how we could get everything done in time for closing but she helped me get there and we closed on time. Samantha always had a smile and an encouraging word for me. She is amazing!
Paige is amazing! She helped my wife and I purchase a home in Missouri while we were still living out of state. Between dealing with uncooperative parties, negotiating a great deal on a house that we love, and closing a complicated multi-state transaction, she was on top of every situation (and from the sound of her voice over the phone, I believe she was smiling the whole time too). Paige was the best thing that could have happened to us in our buying and selling experience.
